We were prepared for the storm!
Flood warnings for the sanctuary and surrounding areas were given on the 5th December…The barn was like Noah’s Arc the animals sensed the unease and took cover. It was a difficult evening ahead of us….

The bottom paddock flooded but thankfully drained straight off with the tide & the only evidence in the morning were thousands of dead worms everywhere… Poor things!

Thankfully all of the animals and people safely survived the large tide.

Thank you to everyone who came to our coffee morning.It was a lovely morning & we raised £250.00 for the Sanctuary.
